Privacy Policy
The short version
Everything you type into our calculators stays in your browser — income figures, rates, invoice details are processed locally by JavaScript and never sent to our servers. We don't have accounts, so we can't collect what you don't send.
Calculator data
All tools on this site run client-side. The numbers you enter are held in your browser's memory only and are discarded when you close the page. Invoices created with the invoice generator exist only on your device and in any PDF you choose to save.
Server logs and analytics
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data needed to serve the site — IP address, user agent, requested URL — subject to its own privacy practices. If we use analytics, we use privacy-respecting, cookie-free aggregate analytics to understand which tools are useful; we do not build individual visitor profiles.
Advertising
This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings, and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Where required (EEA/UK), a consent banner will ask for your choice before any advertising cookies are set, and you can change your choice at any time.
Cookies
The site itself sets no cookies for its core functionality. Third-party advertising, where present and consented to, may set cookies as described above.
Your rights
Depending on your location (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and similar), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Since we hold no account data about you, such requests will usually concern third-party services like Google — but contact us at hello@freelancecalc.com and we'll help route the request.

We'll update this page when practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes to advertising or analytics will be reflected here before they take effect.
